  Il est créé entre les adhérents aux présents statuts une association régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 et le décret du 16 août 1901, ayant pour dénomination : Ici et Ailleurs. Association pour une Philosophie Nomade.

  Cette association a pour objet l’organisation et la promotion de conférences, séminaires, universités d’été, en philosophie, en France et à l’étranger, ainsi que la publication des résultats de ces travaux.
